Terms and Conditions

We ask for all families to read our football centre policies and procedures. This enables parents and carers to understand our expectations and determine the suitability of THA Football Centre for their child.  

Booking Fees

Our online booking system is via Class for kids.

Once your child has completed a successful trial session, you will be invited onto the booking system where your place will be reserved on a monthly basis. If you start the class during the month, you will only pay for the remainder of the months sessions.

Sessions will then be reserved for your child on a monthly basis on our booking system and fees are based on the number of weekly sessions per calendar month.

To reserve your place in the sessions, you must pay for the month, regardless of your attendance. We do not reserve places.

Parents can opt out of the monthly sessions at any point, but your child will then have to go back onto a waiting list until such time as a place becomes available.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Bookings need to be paid in full prior to attending our classes and you will be sent via email a booking confirmation and then an invoice.

 Availability

Group Coaching

Places are subject to availability – with 10/12 places for each age group being available depending on the type of session. Numbers are indicated on our online booking system Class for Kids. This is regularly updated and when all places are sold there is a facility to join a waiting list, should a place become available, you will be informed via email.

1:1 Coaching

Places are subject to availability – with 1 place available per coach. This is regularly updated online with our online booking system Class for Kids. When all places are sold there is a facility to join a waiting list, should a place become available, you will be informed via email.

Standard Payment

Payment is made during booking of the football session by credit/debit card or via

PayPal. The booking system can be accessed via our website or links via our social media activity.

Group Coaching Sessions

Group coaching sessions are subject to 50% cancellation fee and the remainder will be refunded to you by the original payment method. Alternatively, we can keep the full amount as credit for use in the future (see Credit Notes below).

1:1 Football Coaching Sessions

Football Coaching sessions are non-refundable as a coach is employed specifically to run that private session.

Cancellations

THA may cancel this contract at any time, before the player commences the sessions for any reason whatsoever. THA shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising for such cancellation.

In the event of cancellation by THA prior to the commencement of the sessions by the player, THA will refund The Fee for the remaining calendar month.

For The Parent to cancel their Childs attendance to the sessions, they must inform the head office of THA fourteen days prior to the start of the new month.

Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, we will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

Discounts and offers

We offer various discounts in the form of multi session buy deals, discount codes

and multi-buy deals. Only one discount can be applied per booking and cannot be

used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.

Waiting lists

If the Football group session you require is fully booked, you can opt to go on to a waiting list on our Class for Kids booking system. You will be placed on a waiting list and in the event of any cancellations you will receive an automatic email to book your child on to the football session.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time prior to and during the sessions if, in our opinion, that person is incompatible with the

general wellbeing of the football session being run.

To give the very best experience, we have a number of policies in place regarding the safety and welfare of the children in our care.

Circumstances Beyond

Our Control (Force Majeure)

We reserve the right to cancel any THA Football Centre Football Session, at any time, and with any notice period, in the event of circumstances beyond our control preventing us from operating as we planned. This clause applies to the cancellation of any and all THA Football Centre booking made.

In the event of the cancellation of a THA Football Centre booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to review and amend our refund policy.
